Welcome to FARM, the Foundation for Agricultural Resource Management. A 501(c)(3) non-profit organization, our mission is to address the changing needs in agricultural education. Specifically, FARM sees an opportunity to take responsibility for two issues facing the agricultural community.
First, we want to improve the public’s understanding of how agriculture impacts each person’s daily life. Second, we want to expose professionals from other industries to the endless opportunities that are available in the world of agriculture. To do this, we intend to open a museum complex and a post-graduate educational facility.
The museum complex will educate the public about the pivotal role of agriculture by exposing people to a complete history of agriculture and by exemplifying the symbiotic relationships between plants, animals, and man. Our educational facility will teach professionals, from industries like business, law, and engineering, about the fundamental concepts of agriculture so that they may begin to understand how their skills can be utilized throughout the agriculture industry.
